Seven years after Uh-Oh!, Tipsy returned with Buzzz, their first album for Mike Patton's Ipecac label. Ipecac is as close to a perfect home for Tipsy's genre-bending, utterly distinctive mood music as there could be, fitting in with the label's other unique, largely instrumental acts like Kaada and Patton's own Fantomas project/5(5).

View credits, reviews, tracks and shop for the CD release of Uh-Oh! on Discogs.5/5(1).
  3. Moogutaur says:
The first CD makes a great pool-party CD, but what "Uh-Oh" accomplishes is a little more tricky: it is not only a great party album, but one that can make you have the /5(14).
  4. Gomuro says:
Sealed. This is what it says, that the record is still held fast in shrink-wrap. We tend to be pretty suspicious about these things, so if the shrink-wrap doesn't look original, or if the record seems to have undergone some damage over time, we'll probably take it out of the wrapper to ensure that it's in good shape — which is why we don't have more of these.

ONCE again coming with the weird exotica, Tipsy delivers one-of-a-kind release. Really solid release that Uh-Oh is, there are some memorable moments, like "Hey!" and "Bunny Kick". Some of the characteristics of the band is the subtle, dark feeling behind the seemingly over-happy music, kind of scary really.
  6. Kigarr says:
For reasons that have probably long vanished into the bureaucratic paper shredder, this Zombies album was issued only in Continental Europe and Asia. In both the U.S. and U.K., there would be no Zombies full-lengths between (when varying versions of a debut LP appeared in each territory) and their finale, Odessey & Oracle.I Love You was not an album of material otherwise.

Word out to Philly and San Francisco 80s punk rock fans: RUIN has reunited to perform at the Union Transfer in Philadelphia, August 31, ! Fan support is making it happen as the band has exceeded their kickstarter goal; which will help to bring about the release of their long promised documentary and re-issue of their album releases.

Mamie Van Doren In Xanadu is a radioshow curated by Dj No Breakfast, dedicated to cool & strange music, with special affection for amateurish masterpieces, misunderstood stars, obscure geniuses. Broadcast every wednesday 7pm - 8pm on radio FMR (Toulouse, Fr.) streaming & podcast.
  9. Aragor says:
"Uh-Oh" is not so much an improvement on the first album as it is simply an evolution of that sound. The first CD makes a great pool-party CD, but what "Uh-Oh" accomplishes is a little more tricky: it is not only a great party album, but one that can make you have the profoundest revelations if you listen to it in the dark, alone. Bravo Tipsy!/5(14).
